What other jobs have you done at Morland?
I was a Marketing and Sales Assistant.  This involved managing internal sales and e-comm daily activity and supporting external sales functions and wider business units.

What does your job entail?
To Facilitate and oversee door/doorset projects from start to completion sign off.  Working directly with our customers and being the link between them and Morland.  Co-ordinating and holding Morland teams to account on project timelines, with the goal of delivering products on time and in full.

What’s the best part of your role?
Proactively working and communicating directly with customers on project milestones, expectations, and update

What is the most interesting thing that has happened during your time with the company?
Going offsite to various customers to see how our products are installed in different environments.

What would you say to people who think working in a factory isn’t for them?
There are many different roles and opportunities within Morland to develop your career

What are the Best (3) things about working at Morland?

What are your hopes for the future with the company?
As I have just started my new role, my goals are to grow and learn where I can and continue to accept new challenges and opportunities.

What interests do you have outside of work?
I enjoy running with my dog, spending quality time with my family, hiking and being outdoors.

Where’s your favourite place you’ve travelled/visited?
I got married at Maligne Lake in Jasper, Canada.  One of my favourite holidays was travelling to California, Las Vegas and Yellowstone National Park.
