What does your job entail? All aspects of HR and payroll as well as pension and insurance administration and any other bits and pieces that arise daily.
What’s the best part of your role? I really enjoy seeing employees progress within the company and establishing relationships with the local schools and colleges meeting our future employees.
What is the most interesting thing that has happened during your time with the company? To have the honour of supporting and working with our chosen charity – The Game Change Project.
What would you say to people who think working in a factory isn’t for them? All our departments make our factory from shop floor, finance, planning, sales and marketing and many more- there is something for everyone. Get in touch!

What are your hopes for the future with the company? To progress and develop within the Group.
What level of education did you obtain before joining Morland? CIPD.
What interests do you have outside of work? In my spare time I love competing my horse, we take part in Eventing, Show Jumping and Trec.
Where’s your favourite place you’ve travelled/visited? My favourite place is Sri Lanka, its beautiful.
