Morland Water Vapour Barrier T & G Panels
Wrapped with a re-coatable polyolefin vinyl surface Morland T&G panels act as a water vapour barrier. Tested to EN ISO 12572, Morlands' Water Vapour Barrier T&G achieved a mean vapour permeability of 0.35 g/m2/day. So when Morland T&G is used for ceiling panels the risk of condensation (created by moisture in warm air reaching the cold roof space) is reduced considerably.
The polyolefin wrap of Morland Water Vapour Barrier T & G Panels only need one coat of paint for a perfect finish. The vinyl is primed to allow paint to adhere and also prevents coarse fibers in the board from being visible.
The panel is optimised to 600mm centres. The “secret fix” tongue and groove joints allow for a defect free face as fixing pins are hidden.
